Cellar Bar / Function Room

This large and spacious room is a popular venue for parties and events, including wedding breakfasts, art fairs and fitness classes. The Cellar bar is at ground level with windows on three sides. The room has its own bar and kitchen. 

• Size: 125m2
• Capacity: 80- 100 people.
• Location: Ground floor of the house.
• Kitchen: Large fully fitted professional kitchen with connecting door into the function room. Facilities include 1 large fridge, 1 small freezer, catering oven (6 electric ringed hob), warming oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 sinks, coffee machine, hot water facility on demand, crockery, cutlery for 100 people, trolleys. Kitchen can be hired for catering companies during events.
• Kitchen hire: £18 per hour in addition to room hire cost.
• Bar: Fully licensed bar run by Kennaway staff.
• Bar staff: £20 per hour, if numbers exceed 30 people then 2 staff members are required.
• Drinks: All drinks can be purchased through the house. If selected wines are required, a corkage charge of £12 per bottle is applied. 
• Staging Hire: £30 per day's hire, to include setting up.
• Projector and screen hire: £15 per day.
• PA System: £15 per day.
• Toilets: Ladies & gents and a disabled toilet on the same floor.
• Access: Through the side entrance into the house. Disabled access through lift.
• Windows: 6 square Georgian windows with light also coming through a door.
