Friends of Kennaway House

As a Friend, you will receive:

• our regular newsletter giving details of future events
• priority booking on all our events and discounts on some
• invitations to events exclusively for Friends and their guests

The Friends support Kennaway House by raising funds to help sustain its future viability. We aim to do this in a social and enjoyable way and try to offer something to appeal to all tastes and ages.

Since our formation in 2002, the Friends have run a multitude of fundraising and social events, which have also helped to raise the profile of Kennaway House. These have included concerts and recitals, wine tastings, film shows (some including archive footage of Sidmouth’s past), fashion shows and jazz nights with a hog roast.

In the excellent facilities offered by the restored House, we plan to extend our activities and add informal evenings such as fish and chip suppers and curry nights in the Cellar Bar and events to reflect the Regency heritage of the House.  Some are exclusively for members of the Friends and their guests.
